1.  Tata Sons have been allowed by Delhi High Court to pay $ 1.8 billion arbitration award to NTT Docomo upon termination of their telecom joint venture
2. Coca-Cola has  made changes in the top management in which T Krishnakumar has been appointed as the Coca-Cola India President.  Chrisina Ruggiero will become Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages.
3. PayTM Ecommerce has appointed SAIF's Partners Ravi Adusumalli and four employees from investor Alibaba to its board.
4. CEAT Tyres reported a decline of 32% in profits at Rs 66.3 Crores for the quarter ending March 2017.
5.Lupin has received approval from US health regulator to sell its Olmestan Medoxomil tablets in American Market.
