- IndiGo cuts IPO size by Rs 200 Crore to Rs 3000 Crores. The promoters of the company will now sell about 23 million shares, against 26.1 million proposed for the IPO's offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
- HCL Technologies reported a 7.9 % fall in Net Profit for September Quarter 3 at Rs 1726 Crores.
- UltraTech Cement reported three percent growth in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September at Rs 427 Crores, owing to increased sales and better operating margins.
- Infosys would acquire US-based Noah Consulting for $70 million (Rs 454 Crores) in an all cash deal.
- Hindustan Zinc's Net Profit up by 5% at Rs 2,285 Crores for the September quarter.
- Fertilizer Firm Mangalore Chemical And Fertilizers Ltd appointed Arun Duggal as Chairman.
