1. Sanjay Kapoor former Chairman of Micromax threatens to drag Micromax to court.
2. Vodafone India has won its battle against the Income-Tax Department over transfer pricing in the Bombay High Court which set aside the appellate tribunal's ruling that had gone against the telecom company.
3. I-phone 6s and 6s plus will cost Rs 62000 for the lowest storage variant and as much as Rs 92000 for the top end model.
4. Online grocery starup Localbanya has temporarily halted operations citing the upgradation of its back end.
5. Vive-President of Localbanya Nayan Choudhury quits as trading, commercial and operations.
6. Smartphone maker Gionee plans to start assembling phones in India by March 2016.
7. Greater  access to technology and a booming middle-class are expected to bolster the rapid growth of online tourism in India, helping it to outperform the overall travel market by a good 6 percentage points to 17.8% in three years to 2016.

11. Alibaba's CEO Daniel Zhang has second thoughts about investing in hardware company Micromax. The deal is worh $700 million.

13. Private equity firm Warburg Pincus and real estate developer Embassy Group has formed a $250 million Joint Venture to set up industrial parks in India.
14. Reliance mutual fund and HDFC Mutual fund are front runners in the race to acquire the fund management business of Goldman Sachs Group Inc in India that has assets of about Rs 7,132 Crores.
15. Volkswagen India recalls 389 polo hatchbacks for inspection and preventive repair for a probable faulty handbrake mechanism.
16. Cromptom Greaves sells stake of 6,00,000 shares in CG Lucy Switchgear to its UK based Joint venture partner W Lucy and Co for Rs 42 Crores.
17. TVS logistics have acquired Australia's Transtar International Freight for an undisclosed amount.
18. Odisha government is expected to register land measuring 500 hectares in favour of Tata Steel.
19. Accenture plans to hire 1,00,000 people in FY 16 and spend as much as $ 1 billion on acquisitions.
20. Domestic Generic drug maker, Aurobindo Pharma is set to launch a share sale to institutional investors to raise $300 million which could be one of the largest qualified institutional placement this fiscal.
