1.  Mr Kishore Biyani purchases stake in Bharti Retail in equity shares for Rs 500 crores. The move will create 570 stores in 273 cities.
2. Accenture extends Maternity Leave from current 12 weeks to 22 weeks of paid leave.
3. Lifestyle online retailer Jabong.com has doubled its revenue to Rs 811 crores during the calendar year 2014 but deep discounting led to a five year fold increase in losses to Rs 160 Crores.
